problem in live or development server

Hello sir,

since we are developing application in codeigniter.so after login page it is
coming like this "http://recruit.nosyst.net/index.php/home".so i dont like
to show url like above.But like this "http://recruit.nosyst.net/home".as i
told reason.
please tell me how to do it.
