Facebook Connect and CI

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate Facebook Connect to previously implemented website developed in CI. I was successful in the login to facebook using that and fetching the data. But the problem is the site in which i am trying to integrate requires a email address inorder to create a session. Now from facebook i cannot get the email address. Any solution to this ?

Doesn't sound like a CI specific problem.

If you are just making a session out of the email and don't do anything else with it, you can spoof it. Either randomly generate one for purposes of the session, have a set email for everyone the same, or deduct it from what you can fetch. Like [email protected].
