Simple script-Read external page's content and manipulate/rephrase

Hey!

I'm completely new to PHP, and I'd like to get into CI while learning PHP...

I'd like to write a script that reads an external page's content.

ie. google.com

And re-render the content by either removing elements, or only reading certain elements...

As I said, I'm new to PHP, so if this is a silly question, please excuse me!
