Need a clear answer for project setup

Hi.

Please note the following details
My server root is pointing to C:\xampp\htdocs\public_html
where I have my System, Application and index.php files.

Now please clarify the following doubts:

a)What should be my base URL?
c)How do i call another controller or views?

a) Your base URL should be, if all is setup correctly and not using a VHost...

http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/

c) http://localhost/controller/method
