What is an IAS Server? Do you mean ISS?

The server requirements are minimal - most servers running a DB and PHP should be fine.

haha, Maybe he wanted to run it on NASAs International Space Station?

So long as the International Space station is running PHP I can't see any problems for NASA to use CodeIgniter! Wink

Then the answer is (still) yes.

But the obvious question back is - why would you? Apache and MySQL are superior pieces of software.

Jedd, that's not a very helpful response: not everyone has the luxury of picking their platform. Wink

CodeIgniter should work on anything that has a working PHP interpreter, which I'm fairly sure IIS has (or can have).

Check out these threads:

Do some searching, it's definitely possible and probably not even very difficult.

Eh, wot? I answered the question!

Quote: ... not everyone has the luxury of picking their platform. Wink

Or being able to spell them, it would seem.

The facts that IIS gets a hit (albeit a warning about how IIS is broken in its handling of is_writable()) in the User Guide, and as you observe there are plenty of threads that talk about this in the forums, and of course googling 'codeigniter iis' returns any number of useful non-codeigniter.com resources that talk cheerily about how feasible, nay easy, this configuration is ... would lead one to the conclusion that it can't have been an entirely serious question.

Your suggestion that the OP:
Quote:Do some searching ...

... suggests you were heading towards a similar conclusion.
