Forum system BBCode underline and italic mixup

The word Contenders has b and u applied to it, but it is showing as bold and italic. This happened on a few words in that post.

I checked the syntax, so I dont believe its an issue. Lets try again for bold underlined.

nice catch...but I wonder why it was never noticed before? Was there an update to the forum software?

its not often that someone tries to doubly emphasis a piece of text, surely?

The problem even occurs if you use only u without b. As you can see it's shown as italic instead of unterlined.

Bold underline is a good header. Tbh it happens with underline no matter what.

This always used to work.
