Querystring and include()

Sometimes I want to skip repasting my code and when I want to skip I use include function, now that I use CI i don't really know how to use include() function or querystring.

Let's say that I want a header.php (for my typ html, head etg) and I want a bottom with all ending tags) Where do I place them? And how do I work out with all view files and so on.
