Intregating EXTJS with CodeIgniter......A BIG PROBLEM

Hi all. I have started to build a project using CI for the backend script and EXTJS as the view part. There seems to be a problem in CSS loading images from the use of Ocular library for CI. The CSS is loaded, the background colors are loaded but the images does not load. I have checked the images path many times but could not find a solution.

If anybody knows the solution, please help me. At the extreme case I am thinking to remove Ocular and then provide absolute path for the css and images which is not a great idea, I guess.

Do you use a .htaccess file?
Use Firebug to see which requests return a 404 header: http://getfirebug.com/
