Stack Over Flow

Respected Sir,
Mr. pistolPete i developed the site in codeigniter 1.7.And using freak_auth library for security .
now i am facing problem in STACK OVER FLOW error.
I have two servers ...
In one server my site works fine…....

Site url : http://www.virtuasolution.com/huntnhire/

username: clifford
password : qwqwqw

works fine : http://www.virtuasolution.com/huntnhire/.../shortlist

but in another it give stack over flow error

Site url : http://www.huntnhire.com/index.php/login/jslogin

username: clifford
password : qwqwqw
