Contributing to the manual?

I was wondering, is there any way to contribute to the manual or what is the proper way to suggest additions/changes?

I'm working on file uploads and the page for upload class is missing some information - namely, return values for functions. For instance, does do_upload() return a value on success or failure? That sort of thing would be nice to know ahead of time without having to test Smile

(It does, by the way - boolean true on success, false on failure)

If you wanted to suggest some additions, spell check them and put them into proper markup, I'd be more then happy to check them out and add them in. That work for you Brian?

Sure Derek, that'd be great. I'll keep some running notes and if I get more than a trivial addition I'll pop them over to you.

Derek - can you ping me with your preferred address to receive these on?

I can't send a PM to you through here - it says your inbox is full (when I tried sending a 2KB attachment).

Oh, btw, was this:
Quote:... spell check them ... more then happy ...
.. some kind of proof-reading test? Wink

I vote for! I always have the core functions and the user_guide in my browser while I'm tinkering with CI. One of the things I constantly check is, what does this little fella return.

He he. I was referring to CI functions. But then again...
Code:
$pm = derek_allard($suggestion);
