Selling the app

I want to sell my web application that I've made using CI, and I want to let the end user to sell it to somebody else. What do I have to do to make sure that this is legal ?

Looking at the license as the last thing is a baaaaaaaaaad habit.
You should have informed yourself sooner - what if the license forbids it? What would you do?
