Is it possible to pass Session variable in URL and handle it per tab independently?

Hi,

Is it possible to pass Session variable in URL and handle it per tab independently?. I don't want to use Session cookie, instead in want to use the session passed in the URL, as i want to handle different sessions in different tabs of FF or IE-8.
