Where should be the location for Paypal_Lib.php file?

Hi friends, I'm little confused...Where should be the location for Paypal_Lib.php file? Is it on system\libraries (1) or on system\application\libraries. I can find more library files in (1)...but (2) has not...Plz help me..

It will work in either.

system\libraries - Core libraries
system\application\libraries - Custom libraries, core overrides, core extensions, etc.

system\application\libraries is the best place for it.

Is there any problem if it replicates on both the folder?

If it is system/libraries AND system/application/libraries then the application library will be used. So shove it in application and start writing your app. ;-)
