zip class and greek

I use the zip file to download zip files but there is a problem with greek characters, as I see the class can read the file but the name is _Ε+__Δ_Ε.txt for example and should be τεστ.txt .

Has zip class problem with non englich chars at file name?
I did a print_r before the loop of adding files at zip file and the file name where ok.
