Dokumentation/Bug $this->config->system_url()

When running multiple applications with one CodeIgniter installation as described in the Documentation and both are located outside of the document root $this->config->system_url() returns garbage because it is based on the baseurl.

This should be mentioned in the documentation and $this->config->system_url() should report an error IMHO.
