Apache Error?

Good Day,
I have a problem about my apache server when I'm trying to import .csv file using phpmyadmin. I'm always got this error:

Apache HTTP Server stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.
Windows will notify you is a solution is available.

I haven't meet this error when I'm use XP and Wampserver 2.0h(same process). But when a switch to Vista and Wampserver 2.0i(Apache 2.2.11, PHP 5.3.0, MySQL 5.1.36), it happened.

I try to make some changes(solution i found in the web) in php.ini but nothing happen.

i am using xampp.. and its good as wamp.. y dont you try.
