I have the most strange thing going on with my CI install. I am using .htaccess to remove index.php.
When I load up the homepage (domain.com/) I get a 404 error message. I turned on log_threshold to 4 and refreshed, hoping to get an error, but it worked. Turned it back to 0 again and it doesn't work.
Essentially if I have log_threshold set to anything other than 0, I get a 404 error from CI.
Any ideas what might be happening?
