Does anyone know if there already is an Ajax or Jquery shopping cart for CI?

Not that I know of. If you've already built your shopping cart it shouldn't be too difficult to ajaxify all the relevant requests.

Thanks for your reply. I've seen this tutorial, but I'm missing the cart class in this tutorial.
You're right that I can try to use Ajax in combination with the cart class of CI.
But do you know if there is a tutorial which explains this class? It's not quit clear to me.

I don't know of a tutorial explaining the class. The documentation is rather good, though!
