Most peculiar ONLINE error message

http://anetizer.com is the site that has no DB access on the front page but every other link loads the database.

Here is the error
 
Any idea where I should start looking.
 
Nearly forgot - the site works fine on my localhost.

Did you check the usuals? htaccess, base_url, etc...

Many thanks - I did check all the usuals on and off for about three hours and got no where so created a sub-domain and uploaded the files and database onto another server and it worked fine?

It is now working here but still requires some sorting out and all the data files transferring

I will return one of these fine days to resolve the matter when I have available time.
