A dude in arquitecture....

Hi, in my app i have a folder for home and registered users.. and in each folder i have the files php, footers and headers.

i have 3 files headers for example in the folder home, each file header have css and files js and funcions ajax some what this files or scripts repeat in other header.

I guess if the better practice is have only one file header whit all css, js and scripts ajax, or make the files php whit its own files and scripts.. and delete the headers files..
