CI don't Initialized Controller Class

Hello

I have look the log for why i have white page, and i see (haven't see) in the log file
DEBUG - 2010-01-05 h:m --> Controller Class Initialized

so somme body can help me?

Databes don't load because i have 1 file broken (DB.php)

Where is DB.php is it a controller? If it is broken would you like to share the code so we can help you figure what's going wrong?
