Help! Blank White Page, Empty Error Log, Config Logging set to 1

I keep getting a blank white page, I have my debugging set to 1 so it reports all errors. The log is empty and the page is blank. It was after a handful of revisions, how can I track down the error, is there a debugging plugin?

After reverting half my files (after making copies), I found the bad one.

I ran it through php.exe and it reports it no problem.

It would save me a lot of head ache if I could get the php.exe report through the browser somehow, is this possible?
