How to wordpress TAG style?

Hi,

I'am doing a wordpress TAG style for my CodeIgniter website.

I have added a new controller called "tag", and now I need to know how to to the trick of making appear the tags in this way, "index.php/tag/here-is-my-tag"

Can you give me clues on how to do this?
