how to set-up CI in eclipse PDT

hi,

is there a step by step installation of CodeIgniter in eclipse?? want to try it. how can i set up CI in that editor?? what do i need to do. i already have downloaded eclipse + PDT..

anyone can teach me?? is there any tutorials for using eclipse + PDT as PHP IDE?? especially in COdeIgniter

Kahtrina, there is no "installation" in eclipse. Start an eclipse project, then download CodeIgniter and extract it to your project's directory.

We used to use eclipse, but moved to NetBeans, you should check it out. http://www.netbeans.org

i'm sorry for that, what i mean is how can i put my COdeIgniter in eclipse or netbeans?? or where in eclipse or netbeans should i put it??

i have read it but quite confused about this:

Step 4:
Open Eclipse and set the workspace to any folder other than XAMPP/htdocs (or in Windows Vista, XAMPP/xampp/htdocs).

does this mean that i will make another folder??
