apache case sentisitive file name and camelCasing file name

file naming on my apache live server is case sensitive.
And i have helpers and library which use capital letter and CI load helpers ,libraries ,etc with the strtolower() function.
is there any fix to enable camelCasing and and capital letter file naming.?
