set_select missing important info in user guide

Hi all,

i lost few hours trying to repopulate my select box.

Then i found that i have to add rule in controller.

So i suggest to add note to userguide - that if someone want repopulate select box he has to add rule on that select box (for example i didnt had a need for using rule for my selectbox so set_select didnt worked for me because that).

You should always have validation rules on all inputs, even drop-downs. Someone may have tried to fiddle with your form, but I do agree every time I haven't done work on a form validation I waste 10mins or so trying to re-figure this one out.
