Does this exist?

Not meaning to open up the whole IDE vs Editor debate again, but im looking for a new editor, having finally got sick of a sluggish eclipse and a temperamental netbeans. Does anyone know of an editor that is:

Fairly lightweight
Cross platform (linux/windows)
Has syntax highlighting
SVN & FTP support

Basically coda but for windows/linux.

I know it might not exist, but i can dream right?

Any ideas?

notepad++:
cross platform
syntax highlighting
svn plugins available
ftp plugins available

definitely not an IDE

You probably have used this, maybe not?

While it's missing SVN support (I believe) I used to use Bluefish on Linux and was fairly pleased with it. The feature list from 2.0 look pretty good, though I've never used that branch. I'm a Coda fan, now.
