Problem French Special Characters.

Hello all,

I am using codeIgniter
Everything works fine but i can
entes french special characters like
é è û ç ... etc.

For example.
Frédérik in the Name in html simple view
I will receive : Frédérik in the e-mail.

Is there a way to settle this? Any ideas?
