Pokhara this is not alot of information to start with, so lets start at the following have you checked your apache logs for more information, then verify your config files. Most likely your apache error.log will have more information for proceeding in the right direction. Also setting up a error_log output file in your php.ini may be beneficial to finding such errors as well.
