Query result on each page

Hey,

What is the correct way to get a query result on each view?
I have a site from a store and I want to add the brands to the meta data keyword, so i want to generate this out of the database.

What is the correct way via the MVC pattern to do this.

Probably load the dataset in a base controller (MY_Controller) and pass it to your views.
