Plugin & Modules

Hi everyone,

I am developing this website which is going to be very extensible in the way that one could write code to add a plugin(functionality) without necessaril modifying the code of the core website. The thing is i don't know how to do it like the CMS do it(joomla and etc).

Some enlightening would greatly be appreciated.
