Pagination with Query Strings

I have pagination working on a search listing. All the search variables are contained in a query string, the current page is still in clean URL mode.

How do I tell the pagination class to put the current query strings behind the pagination links? At the moment clicking any link escapes out of the search as it 'deletes' the query string.
