#1

Recently I just try Netbeans as my IDE, I switch from Eclipse to Netbeans because I found out Netbeans has a lot customization.
One thing I found out is current Netbeans 6.8 only support Symfony Framework.
I am sure if CodeIgniter Framework is supported there will more and more ppl use NB.

From this post (http://forums.netbeans.org/topic20904.html) It said no much vote for it.
Hey come on, I am sure a lot CI Fans around here. Please vote for it!

NetBeans 6.9 was supposed to have built-in support for CodeIgniter, but now it's rescheduled for 6.9.1

Voted as well.

I have been using Zend Studio for a while, but the code completion has been a bit of a hassle to deal with. A fully integrated Framework within NB would be awesome!

Just tested Netbeans 6.9.1 - still only Symfony and Zend Framework - no CodeIgniter Sad
