Online users library

That's my first contribution for the community. A OnLine Users libraries. It counts and lists the online users. Check the documentation to see advanced features:

I couldn't test it at PHP4 yet, and I made some last-time modifications to make it better and i'm not so sure if it's working correctly.

Please comment what you thought about this class.
