Twitter like newsticker?

Hello friends. I know this is not about codeigniter but i think someone here can help me about my question.

I want to show comments on my homepage. But i want to style it like twitter homepage. When you go twitter.com you see sliding tweets. Which jquery script does it. Can someone suggest me how to do it please. Thank you
