Real Estate CMS or a similar Listing page

Hey,

Has anyone built a simple Real Estate CMS or a similar Listing page in CI?. I am doing my friend a favor who is a real estate agent and would like to know if anyone has created something like this that is willing to share some code?.

It's a free project so i was hoping to spend as little time as possible on it, if possible that is .
