Breadcrumb issue

Hello friends,

I have implemented breadcrumb with the help of http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/137949/ this link.
Its working fine but there is some issues with the hyper link that he has taken. like: if my url is like this
http://itplhp/itplhp_projects/john/proje...ts/edit/46

then it creates breadcrumb
Home=>Manage Accounts=>Edit=>46
if i click on "Edit" link then it creates the link path
http://itplhp/itplhp_projects/john/proje...ounts/edit

and offcourse it will not work without the id- 46...

What changes I should do to make it work properly.
