Licensing contributions guidance

I'm unsure if this is the best way to go about finding this out, but it seemed reasonable. I've been using CodeIgniter for a little while and have a small set of libraries I've written up that have been moderately helpful in doing some fairly complex things. I was thinking of making them generally available in the Wiki but wasn't clear on what licensing would be necessary, so I'm looking for one of the EllisLab folks to provide me some guidance.

At the risk of being overly lazy: what would be perfect would be if you could provide me a comment block that I could put in the top of the PHP files I submit that would cover EllisLab's license requirements and explain what those are, something similar to what's present in the core CodeIgniter classes, such as:

/**
* CodeIgniter
*
* An open source application development framework for PHP 4.3.2 or newer
*
* @package CodeIgniter
* @author ExpressionEngine Dev Team
* @copyright Copyright © 2008, EllisLab, Inc.
* @license http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-guide/license.html
* @LinK http://codeigniter.com
* @since Version 1.0
* @filesource
*/

Thanks.
