CI don't work on Apache2!

When I click links on my site (like http://izumeroot.com/admin) I have following message:

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

I put in URI-string of browser index.php. Addresses like http://izumeroot.com/index.php/admin work. But it is badly that i put index.php in URL myself.
Please help me to set it up.

is the rewrite module enabled in your apache configuration?

ok. I saw this manual earlier. But I can't do this point
LoadModule rewrite_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_rewrite.so

My apache said "No such file or directory". When must I write line "LoadModule rewrite_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_rewrite.so" ?

Ok. I added already rewrite module. But now I have
Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

I thought, maybe this don´t work on a windows machine...
