Bug on "trans_begin" and "_trans_depth"

Hi there,

Thats a old bug and reported, I'd like to know if thats all right, I will go migrate the 1.7.0 version to 1.7.2. The bug can be found at: http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/129848/

The solution here is little different of the eikonos, but is the same thing.
