Suggestion Please ??

I have created Azure Solution(Windows Azure Solution) with Codeigniter .
1. My Database Driver is SQLSRV.
2. My Compiler is Visual Studio.
3. My Database Server Mictosoft SQL Server

When i compiled in Visual Studio. My PHP Pages are loading versy slowly . Sometimes session out and pages are loading with blank white page. Database interaction is also very slow.

Is ther any solution to increase my performance ???Suggestion Please ???

Yes i am using visual studio . Because Azure solution is compiling in VS only.
