Intregration with eCommerce Applications

I've searched the forums and found some posts regarding e-Commerce software packages to integrate with CodeIgniter. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I would either be looking to use my own custom CMS extension or CodeIgnighter 1.7.2 or maybe switch to a Joomla if there was easy and tight integration between the cart and the CMS.

I'm also looking for a system that potentially could incorporate OAuth logins via either Facebook or Twitter. Anyone know if any onf the big guns have begin to hook in support for this yet?
