Is this 302 redirect disadvantageous for my Google rankings?

The page structure for a site I'm building is www.example.com/p-12/pagina-1/subpage-1/subpage-1-1

There are some dynamically generated links on the homepage, of which I'd rather not fetch the parents (that would be a heavy query). So these links point directly to the subpage, for example www.example.com/p-12/subpage-1-1

When the visitor follows this link, they are automatically 302 redirected to
www.example.com/p-12/pagina-1/subpage-1/subpage-1-1

Is this disadvantageous for my Google rankings?

P.S. All other links in the site do point directly to
www.example.com/p-12/pagina-1/subpage-1/subpage-1-1

Actually google likes it when you do a proper redirect! I will suggest a 301 rather then a 302. Another option is to use canonical url meta tag and don't redirect at all which will be faster loadding which is also something google likes.
