When I go to support.Twitter.com or tumblr.com/help I see their help systems
What kind of system are they using? Or is it a custom system. I'm searching for open source help desks but I'm finding these ticket systems.
Does anyone know of an open source help system that you can put documentation on some of the things that goes on in your site? Thanks

Trac is quite popular, python powered, good svn integration, built in wiki & ticket system etc
