Controllers called twice | SOLVED

Hi,
I've just started to work on a new project using CI
And I noticed the controllers called twice, all of them
I update the db for page views and I noticed two updates

Call stack is showing two calls
One from index.php at the root of CI project
And one from the codeignitet.php line 232

Any ideas how this happened and how to solve this

UPDATE
Well looks like i solved it, it happened on google chrome only
Looks like chrome is trying to get the favicon.ico, so i just added favicon.ico to the root and thats it
all working now

I had a problem with page views too. I never knew wtf was going on.
