Code Igniter not reading URLs. Gutted.

Hi,

I've been working on my first CI website for some time and today was supposed to be my big launch.

Everything was working perfectly offline. I even built an admin panel (which can be found at WEBADDRESS/admin and I was ready to rock. Unfortunately however, the actual live site is just sending me to the homepage, regardless of what URL I go to. I have the homepage set at the default controller.

I've never felt so miserable! Help me Obi Wan - you're my only hope.

PS- The website address is [email protected] (I've switched an 'a' to a '@' and an 'o' to a '0' (number zero) for obvious reasons. Cheers)

It could be that you need to select a different uri_protocol in the config. Some hosting providers need that due to their specific setup.

I appreciate your reply but I don't understand it. If I contact my webhosts and ask them what uri_protocol I should use in the config for CodeIgniter then I have a sneaky suspecison that they're going to say, "huh?"

Could you please be a little more specific?
