Image Manipulation Class: 'ImageMagick' & 'dynamic_output'...

Hi all,

Just noticed that the 'dynamic_output' preference doesn't work when you've set 'ImageMagick' as your image library when using Image Manipulation Class.

Looking through the source of Image_lib.php I can see it's not part of 'image_process_imagemagick()'.

Is there any reason why?

If there isn't, I'll look into extending image_process_imagemagick.
