Multiple application folders using the same database

Hey there everyone, my CI folder structure looks like this:

As you can see there are 3 total config folders (blog, cms, and system, although the system's config folder is not in use to my knowledge, since the application folders are set outside of the system folder).

I use the application on 3 different servers, and it's a huge pain to have to cycle through 3 different server's information and settings just to upload an update. I know I could just not upload the config folders, but I'd still have to specify new information for any new servers I set the application up on.

Is there a good way to get around this by making both applications use the same config files?

I was thinking about removing the information I'm constantly updating and putting into one file that get's included to the config.php and database.php files, but before I did that I wanted to see if anyone had some ideas.
