I've completed the development of a restful webservice with oauth authentication capabilities, that is your api will authenticate just like how twitter's own does. Users will have to register their apps, get their consumer keys and consumer secret, the should be able to access your in now a secured way. I'm currently building a simple client for so that others can learn how to build theirs. This development was done on codeigniter, and also i intend to build same for other frameworks such as kohana, zend and cakephp. I'll release the source when done with the client, so a tip of feature you will like to have or see, pls do kindly let me know.
