2 items I discovered that aren't in any 2.0 upgrade guides yet: change "orderby()" to "order_by()" and "orwhere()" to "or_where()".

I upgrade my own CMS to 2.0 and found these needed to be changed.

The 1.7.2. manual states

Note: order_by() was formerly known as orderby(), which has been deprecated.

so you weren't supposed to use it in 1.7.2., and it has been removed as of 2.0.
